Judge Throws out Wisconsin Union-Busting Bill, says "it violated a state law"?

this is stupid if Wisconsin is broke like the claim , all they have to do is hold the vote again and it would be out of the courts and save money. But it wont pass ,so they are wasting the taxpayers money
