What do non vaccinating parents think of this?

personally i'd get ALL my kids vaccinated, i think its the sensible thing to do as a caring parent, in regards to certain vaccines causing autism, such as the MMR i've been told by countless health preofessionals that its all rubbish - basically when your child recieves the MMR jab, in and around that time you start noticing "social disfunctions" bout their personality (if they have them) so its more a case of you're more likely to notice your child is autistic when they are in and around the age the MMR is given - and because of a few people it's gotten alot of bad press, how many babies get vaccinated and are fine? how many dont get vaccinated and instead of "getting autism - which i also believe is something your born with and you dont contrat" actually get ill from the bugs their not immunised against?
