Do vaginal cysts or boils cause itching?

I have a bump, I'm not sure if it's a cyst, boil, herpes or a genital wart but it itches like crazy, especially when I touch it. It doesn't hurt. It feels like a lump, shrunk from yesterday to today, no scabbing or bleeding, and is pretty deep inside so it's not razor burn. I know I need to go to a gyno but any experiences would be helpful!
