Do you think she likes me?

We have been friends since elementary school and are now both in middle school. She playfully bumps into me in the halls and slams my locker when I'm using it. She helps me in math and we played tag with our feet one time in class. She told me about tampons and gyno exams and sometimes sits next to me. Once one of her other friends asked me if I liked anyone when he was sitting in front of her. I have taken lots of online quizzes and they all say something like she loves you or she's totally into you. We pass notes a lot in class. So does she like me as more than a friend? P.S. I really really like her.
