17 year old moving to the UAE?

I'm 16 but by the time I get done with highschool I will be 17 and my family is moving to the United Arab Emirates for the rest of our lives but i'm planning to move back after I finish becoming a nurse over there. Any tips on surviving a new country as a teen? Or because it's my last year in South Dakota, do you have any ideas of any going away things...? America is my home and it's all i've ever known...
