I think this girl likes me at high school?

this girl at highschool (i am good friends with her) keeps touching me (like hand on shoulder, stroke on head, hugs) and everytime she sees me she just comes up to me and says hi. sometimes she says love you (I think as a friend, cuz we are not and never have been out together before). I want to go out with her. Does any females out there help me on this? males can help on this too. BTW I am 13 and so is she.
