So theres a guy.. but theres also a girl (answers from guys and girls please)?

okay sooooo theres this guy that i have liked for maybe alittle over a year now. even just seeing his name makes my heart skip a beat when we talk i feel like im on a cloud hes told me things that totally convince my friends hes in looooove withme but i dont know. during the school year he would talk to me and hug me and at one point he was justcompletely in love with my hair " loni, why is your hair so beautiful?" and once i was over at my friends and i texted him and eventullay it got really late and i told him not to go to bed and he said " ill try to stay up as long as i can for you" you know flirty and really sweet things. BUT hes absolutly in love with this girl hes always hugging her trying to kiss her texting her and calling her and they are saying they are gunna get together when highschool starts but it absolutly kills me to hear him talk about her afew times hes complained that shes sooo gugh and alot of drama and recently hes told me im really pretty and that he misses me and that he loves me in a playing way and ive called him and it sounds like hes blushhing idk what to do. should i come clean, should i let him go, or should i wait and see. but just so you know theres not one day i go not thinking about him hes in my dreams and if i talk to him even one minute after we stop im going insane just wanting to here his voice again. please help... any advice what to do what to win him over ive never had a boyfriend soo if i got with him id be completely commitied. sorry for any spelling errors
