How fast do i need to be to get into a college?

I am 6'5" 315lbs and will turn 16 in a couple weeks. I am going to be a junior in highschool. I was wondering how fast i should be to get into a college. My O-line coach said i could get paid to play(college scholarships). My bench rep test was 185 14 reps and i do a 5 rep of 225. my 5-10-5(aka shuttle or I-test) time is 5.4. How fast do u think i need to run the 40 yard dash for colleges to be interested?
