The Georgia immigration law ONLY states that police can ask for documentation only if you are a criminal suspect and that employers must receive proof of citizenship before hiring you. There is nothing keeping legal immigrants or foreigners here on a work visa from finding jobs. The GOP only wants jobs to go to legitimate working citizens and those who enter the country through a legal channel. What is stopping these people from "pickin' crops" is the liberal media spreading fear by making absurd assertions that these immigration laws are profiling and that everyone is out to get them. And that is why you have seen an exodus of migrant workers in Georgia. Fear mongering liberal media spreading lies about their ability to work legally.
