Taking control of my life?

Try the biggest loser, or extreme makeover weightless edition (it's amazing, the transformation) or just go out and run. Running and swimming is the best exercise, and burns most calories. Buy yourself good running shoes, and go out and run for an hour a day. It will be hard, but if you want it bad enough, you can do it, swimming is great too. It's not as hard on your joints and you burn even more than running. Swim for an hour a day too. And cut down what you eat. Always eat breakfast, if you don't then you will gain weight. That's how sumo wrestlers gain all of it, they don't a breakfast, I'm not lying, always eat breakfast!
