Question Regarding Aviane?

I have been on Aviane birth control now for about a month. my gyno put me on it, and told me it would be a better birth control for me. My 2nd week into taking it, I noticed I had been really tired, and had trouble functioning with my every day life while on it. I decided to stop taking it. While I was off of it for about four days, I started bleeding.. It had been rather "spotting". the day I started spotting, i started taking the birth control again to stop the bleeding. I wasn't due for my period for at least another 2 weeks. I am frustrated because I am still bleeding after almost a week after this occurred. I am frustrated because I am unable to be intimate with my husband. Does anyone else have this problem, or have had this problem? Or is this something abnormal?
