Depression, emotional instability, and failing classes?

Instead of brooding over such worries, it is better to select a wise mentor of your own choice and listen to his good words scrupulously. Somehow I feel you have to gain sufficient self-confidence, which requires mental control and physical self-discipline. You may also feel like joining Yoga classes where they teach lot of physical exercises and mental exercises to keep the body and mind fit and strong.
