Am i just being too paranoid?

Okay about 3 weeks ago I had "sex" with my boyfriend. I was on my period(did not use a condom)Dumb, I know.. and he put it in for about 6 seconds. but it hurt and i made him take it out. He's paranoid that I'm pregnant. and his paranoia is rubbing off on me. I don't have any symptoms of pregnancy. Nothings sore. He's afraid that he could get me pregnant with pre-ejaculation though. I have an appointment with my Gyno on friday and im scared that she'll tell me im pregnant. I just cant help but worry. I just need some honst words to kinda assure me that I'm not going crazy
