Is there any ipod touch apps where you can watch anime without wifi?

Um...i'm watching ouran highschool hostclub right now and well...yeah i can't find the second episode dubbed or subbed on youtube.and i don't have a computer availible so i can't watch anime on my phone.>o< i'm gonna die without that second episode!please help!
