The five years will probably be cut down to half of that but I think it's a good move and a positive reaction from the government. Sure, as someone has already mentioned there are much worse things than someone shouting their mouth off during matches, but let's not forget that it's completely unnecessary and these chants are only sung to cause trouble. If fans continue to break the rules then it's about time they faced a harsher punishment.
