What do you think about those who still believe in Peter Popoff?

Peter Popoff is a Pentecostal Minister on TV. He was big at one time with is so called faith healings but got caught and exposed. I now catch him on TV doing the same thing but now with almost all Black audiences claiming that with his miracle water they receive lots of money or are healed.
