Water shot up my lady area?

We have this thing that attaches to your toilet so you can clean down there. I dont use it but my hand hit the lever and REALLY pressurized water shot out. This happened a while ago and I told my mom and she said its just water so its okay but ever since then my one of my labia minora turned grey and hangs out. The other one is a normal pink. I am so scared and in health my teach said getting water down there can lead in infertility. I'm only 12 (turning 13 in a few days). I tried to tell my mom but I don't know what to say. Should I like go to the doctor or something? I've never been to the gyno before but I'm so terrified cause I don't think it should hang after that. Both were the same size and same color and now one is gray wrinkly and not to be gross but like squishy compared to the other one. HELP ME!
