So why does Obama continue to give out waivers to unions if his Health care?

because he knows if he doesn't the unions will stop supporting him because of the major increases to their costs. It has already increased the costs to businesses that offer insurance as part of their employee package, and has out priced others to the point they will pay the fines rather than provide the insurance. Yup some money saving deal they passed. It will soon make over 50% of the population unable to afford insurance. Oh and the fact these companies finally were allowed to read it after it was passed. (never mind that any bill was supposed to be posted online for a least 72 hours prior to a vote).
