Alright so I'm 14 years old weigh about 150 5'8'' and very active (soccer). Next year I start highschool and I want to "look good" but I have a little belly lol. I was wondering if I were to do P90x (already have it from my brother) but only ab ripper x and plyometrics if I would lose a few pounds or at least gain weight but get a toned core (i.e 6 pack). Am I too young for this? Please no rude answers. Thanks in advance
