My computer screen is F** up?

I guess it is a hardware problem. It has nothing to do with your Operating System (Windows XP). Most probably, the laptop's LCD has the problem. Try replacing your LCD to the nearest PC service provider. Just be sure they are not a scam, they might worsen your laptop's condition. Hope it helps.
