It could be an ingrown hair, a clogged pore, a sebaceous cyst, Inclusion cyst, a Bartholin's cyst, a Gartner's duct cyst, or a Mullerian cyst. (A Bartholin's abcess can grow to the size of an egg!) You may put a warm, damp compress on it to relieve the pain. You need to have it checked by your doctor. You need to get your nerve up and tell your mom about it. That's part of what moms are for. I don't understand why kids are so often reluctant to tell these things to their parents. Your parents know a lot more about almost everything than you do. You need to realize they are people, too and that they were once your exact age. They have been through lots of things themselves and they know about even more stuff, because they had siblings & friends who had different experiences.
